Flooding – staying safe

[Information provided by Shropshire Council]

If you need to report a Highways or Flooding emergency to Shropshire Council please call: 0345 678 9006.

All other  non-emergency Highways issues can be reported online through the Shropshire Council portal, or by sending an email to: customer.service@shropshire.gov.uk (response times will be slower if reporting issues via email). Reporting issues correctly is important to make sure the problem is logged, monitored, and actioned quickly and effectively.
